The site looks kinda dated and a bit all over the place. It was hard for me to enjoy browsing, even though the products themselves might be fine.

I ordered an item from mamamakes.shop i was disappointed when it finally showed up. I had already been waiting longer than expected, so I was really hoping it would be worth it.

The quality just wasn’t there. The stitching looked loose in a few spots, the fabric felt cheaper than I expected, and the finish didn’t feel very polished for the price.
After waiting that long, it was frustrating to open the package and feel let down. I probably wouldn’t buy from them again unless the quality improves.

The order itself was totally fine, but my first reaction to the delivery cost was, “Yeah, that’s a bit much.” It wasn’t outrageous or anything, just higher than I expected, and it would definitely make me think twice before ordering again...

I was ready to place an order, but the site didn’t really give me enough confidence. To be fair, it might be a completely legit business, but there wasn’t enough clear information for me to feel safe. Something about it just felt a little off, and I didn’t think it was fair to take that risk with my card details.

I ordered this to give as a present, but when it arrived it just didn’t feel very gift-ready. Maybe it’s just me, but it came across a little cheap, and I wasn’t comfortable giving it as-is. I ended up having to run out and buy something else last minute

My box showed up all crushed and messy, and the items inside looked like they were just tossed in there. The packing was bad, like really bad. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again, honestly.

I didn’t appreciate the extra costs only showing up near the end. I think it’s basic that the full price should be clear upfront, so there aren’t any surprises when you’re about to pay.

I liked having a look around the shop, and there were definitely a few nice things that caught my eye. I did find a couple of good items, but I guess I was just expecting a bit more variety in some areas. It’s not bad at all, I just kind of wish there had been more to choose from.

Later that same evening, I gave it another try on my phone, but the layout still felt messy and hard to navigate. I ended up giving up before placing an order because the whole experience just didn’t feel smooth or simple. Not really a site I’d be excited to use again.

I ordered this with a personalized name, but it showed up spelled wrong. At first I thought it would be an easy fix, but I ended up having to reach out and escalate the complaint to get someone to take it seriously. Frustrating, especially since the whole point was the personalization.

My delivery took way longer than it should have, and the worst part was that nobody gave me a real update the whole time. I kept getting vague responses and those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” apologies, which just made it more frustrating. I would’ve appreciated someone actually explaining what was going on.

The fit was okay overall, but it ran a bit smaller than I expected. Not terrible, just Wish I had sized up.

I ordered from Mamamakes and it was ok overall. The item itself was nice and pretty much what I was expecting, so no complaints there. Shipping just took a little longer than I thought it would, which was kinda annoying. Packaging was fine too, nothing fancy but it did the job. I might order again if I’m not in a hurry, but it wasn’t the smoothest experiance.

I really liked the handmade feel of these pieces, they’re cute and have a lot of charm. That said, the finishing was a bit uneven in spots, so I do wish that part had been a little cleaner. Still, you can tell there was CARE put into it

I went in hoping to grab a few specific things, but almost everything I wanted was out of stock. It was frustrating, honestly. Like, I get that stuff sells out sometimes, but wow, it was annoying.

I had to keep reaching out just to get any kind of update, and the replies took forever. Maybe I’m expecting too much, but it felt like I was being ignored most of the time. Not a great experience, and I don’t think I’d order from here again.

I ended up getting two items in the wrong colors, so yeah, not what I ordered. Disappointing.

I ordered it thinking it was going to be a soft sage green like in the photos, but when it arrived it was more of a dull grey/blue. I even checked the listing again on two different screens and nope, the pics still look nothing like what I got.
I know colours can look a bit differnt online sometimes, but this was far off tbh. Just not worth the hasle for me

I ordered a lounge set from mamamakes.shop, it’s comfortable. The fabric is soft and doesn’t feel scratchy, which I was happy about.

The website was where I got a bit frustrated. It worked, but it wasn’t the smoothest on my phone, and I had to poke around longer than I wanted just to find the sizing info.

Delivery was okay, nothing really stood out either way. I’m not totally sold, but I wouldn’t completely rule out ordering again if they made the site easier to use and added clearer details. Three stars feels about right.

The return process was easy, but my refund has not come through yet. I am still waiting to see it show up...
